CURRENT CLEAN-MACHINE PROCESS - SUPERSEDES OLD LAUNCH INSTRUCTIONS

Copy the UPDATED complete Software2 folder to C:\admin\Software2.
Include the NEW Start_RHS_ATE_Setup.ps1 along with the existing CMD and PS1.
Use the synchronized Software2.zip or the complete current Software2 folder.

Sign into AzureAD\ProductionLine. Double-click RHS_ATE_Setup.cmd normally.
DO NOT use Run as administrator. Press Enter once at the initial note.
The launcher requests admin credentials through UAC itself and preserves
the original production session for the user-specific phase.

Complete each installer wizard; choose Restart later when offered.
No YES confirmation is required between installers. If a restart is required,
restart and run the same CMD normally again; saved installer progress remains.

Activate or verify the Developer license in NI License Manager, NOT TestStand.
Use SETUP_REFERENCE.txt for approved activation details. Close the NI windows
and operator application, then confirm YES for safe configuration deployment.

Administrator phase: configure account, language defaults, power, install
software and Python requirements; back up/copy/verify/unblock Cfg contents.
Production phase: apply production-user language settings; open notraffic_ATM
if its profile folder is missing. Allow it to load, then close normally.
No READY or YES prompt is used here. A crash or missing folder stops setup.
Copy/verify/unblock UserInterface.xml and install VS Code as standard user.

Finish machine-specific VPN import, station globals and manual Windows Hello
PIN using the reference/manual. Restart and verify a representative test.

The Word, PDF and text manuals and SETUP_REFERENCE.txt describe this process.
The synchronized Software2.zip has one top-level Software2 folder.
Machine10 recovery files are not for new machines.
Scripts have syntax/package checks only, not a complete clean-PC test run.
